• Experience in similar management role essential
• Responsibilities include but not limited to Venue management, Leadership & Staff management and Beverage management
• Understanding the importance of systems and process within the bar/restaurant areas
• Efficient, adaptable, and great contingency skills, ability to think on your feet will serve you well in this position
• Be available to work a flexible roster including weekends & evenings
